The Pregnancy Resource Center offers free and confidential options consultations to allow you to explore all of your pregnancy options in a safe and non-judgmental environment.

What does the Pregnancy Resource Center offer?

Navigating the decision-making process during an unplanned pregnancy can be overwhelming, but exploring all pregnancy options is a crucial step in finding the right path for you.

At the Pregnancy Resource Center, we provide comprehensive information about abortion, parenting, and adoption. By understanding your options and resources, you can make informed decisions that align with your values and future goals.

What options do I have?

  • If you’re thinking about finding an abortion clinic, it is important to remember that abortion is a medical procedure. What type of abortion will you have? What are the risks? You deserve to know the facts. You owe it to yourself to make an informed decision.

    Perhaps you’re thinking:

    • I’m not ready to be a parent

    • I can’t tell anyone I’m pregnant

    • I don't have support

    We know exactly how you feel and you’re not alone. Many of our staff have been where you are. If you’re considering abortion, you need to know:

    • What kind of abortions are available to you?

    • What are your rights with abortion providers?

    • Are there any short-term or long-term risks to consider?

    We can help you understand your pregnancy and your choices, discuss your health and explain your abortion options.

  • You have lots of choices with modern adoption. Will it be open or closed? Will it be private or will you use an agency? You are in the driver’s seat when making an adoption plan and there are lots of things to consider if you:

    • Are concerned about how an abortion could impact you, but aren’t ready to be a parent

    • Are you experiencing instability in your relationship, and would like your child to be raised in a safe and stable home

    • Want to provide your child emotional and financial stability

    In today’s adoptions, you have the choice to know your child and be a part of your child’s life. You can have the peace of knowing your child is loved and cared for by the couple you choose.

    While the Pregnancy Resource Center does not facilitate adoptions, we are able to provide you with referrals to organizations and attorneys that we trust.

  • You may have more questions than answers about parenting, or maybe the thought of becoming a parent seems impossible to you at this time. We’ve talked to hundreds of women who are concerned about things like this:

    • My partner doesn’t want the baby, but I do

    • I can’t tell my family

    • How will I continue working

    • Where will I live

    • I don’t have medical insurance

    • I can’t afford a child

    • I’m too young

    Here at the Pregnancy Resource Center, we recognize the importance of the role of parents and provide opportunities for new parents to be supported and prepared. Our LifeSteps parenting classes let expectant moms and dads know that they are not alone and that they can rely on us for many resources and emotional support. It is our goal that new parents will allow this educational and community-building experience to benefit their children’s lives as well as their own.
